Dr. Mathew started teaching in the 研究生 Counseling Program at CIU in the Fall of 2023. 有咨询学位, 心理学与神学, Ben enjoys the integration and collaboration of various academic disciplines. 在过去的二十年里, Ben has been involved in higher education helping to develop students and others think critically and holistically about their faith, 专业，关心他人.

He is a member of the 基督教心理研究协会 (CAPS) and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Ben is also a Board-Certified Counselor (NCC) and maintains a private practice as a licensed therapist in the community. 

当他不教学或提供治疗的时候, Ben enjoys being with his wife and four kids while grilling the perfect steak and enjoying a good night with friends in the backyard.
