The director of track and field and cross country will oversee the men’s and women’s track and field and cross country programs at 澳门新葡京网站 (CIU).  The applicant must prove a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and demonstrate a strong commitment to the welfare of the student-athlete.  除了, the director must show strong organizational skills and the ability to conduct collegiate level track and field and cross country meets.

• Work within the budget as set-forth by the institution.

• Order and maintain all uniforms and equipment.
• Schedule cross country and track and field meets.
• Monitor the academic progress of the student athletes.
• Demonstrate spiritual leadership, conduct team devotions and prayer.

• Comply with all NCCAA and NAIA policies and guidelines.
• Operating college-level track and field meets at the CIU track and field complex.

• Three to five years as a head collegiate track and field or cross-country coach preferred.
• Experience running championship level track meets.
• Hold at least a USATF Level 1 训练 certification.
• Understanding of NAIA, NCCAA or NCAA compliance regulations.
• Must have submitted to the lordship of Jesus Christ and profess to be a Christian.

• Must hold a valid US driver’s license and be willing to drive vans and non-commercial transportation vehicles.
• Be able to lift over 50 pounds and stand outdoors for long periods of time while 训练.
